About Prism Analytics

Prism Analytics was founded in the summer of 2004 to develop and commercialize cooperative resolution methods and their applications. We intend to both license our patented methods and offer software and consulting.

Cooperative resolution refers to the use of the tools of cooperative game theory to solve practical problems involving the attribution of joint effects between several factors or parties. Detailed quantitative information on the joint effects is necessary in order for cooperative resolution to be used.  Examples of potential applications include variance decomposition in statistical models and corporate and public cost allocation problems.

Prism's founder, Dr. Barry Feldman, is one of the developers of a particular approach to resolving joint effects known as the proportional value. Prism's key applications currently under development employ this method.
